Have you measured the size of your nipples?
Measure from the nipple base to the top of the nipple. When you start pumping, your nipple size may change, it's recommended that you choose the size of the flange which is 2mm larger. Also note that your left and right nipples may have different sizes, so please measure them both to get the exact size of them. See link.

For someone who struggles to get flanges small enough I am so excited that bubka brought out the 15mm flange I'm now able to use there pump to there full potential nd ma now getting 40ml per pump which is alot considering I was barley getting any previously.
