It's extremely important that you maintain your pump parts to maximize output & efficiency. The more you pump the more often you might need to replace your parts
Your Duckbill Valve & Diaphragm are small & mighty, and will maximise your suction of your Bubka Move Breast Pump.

How often should I replace my Breast Pump Parts?
The rule of thumb is that the more you use your parts the more often they may need replacing. This is to ensure you maintain performance and suction. If you see any tearing, warping or cracking then it’s time to replace your parts. That’s because the silicone and plastic can stretch and lose elasticity over time which can impact suction strength. You might not always be able to see wear and tear, especially of the small silicone parts. If your duckbill valve, diaphragm or collection cups begin to easily slide off the motor when completely dry then it is likely time to replace them. Discolouration may also occur but this won’t impact the functionality of your pump.
How can I maximise my output?
Check that your Duckbill Valve (triangular piece) and your Diaphragm are secure and tight and there is no leftover milk residue on these pieces that would make them slippery - these two pieces are super important to ensure maximum suction as well as the motor.
